This week it was time for Chris and Jonny to dip their toes into the world of swimming, with Olympic silver medal winner Sharron Davies MBE as their mentor.

Sharron invited them to an Olympic-sized pool to test out their techinque and see who would be the best at the tumble turn, the diving start and the front crawl.
