With the new football season kicking off, this week Chris and Jonny got on their boots to learn all about the beautiful game.

Coaching them were three England legends - former boss Graham Taylor, goalkeeper David Seaman, and 100-times capped Women's International Rachel Yankey.

They headed down to the National Sports Centre at Bisham Abbey, practiced their touch and technique, before it all ended in the dreaded penalty shoot-out. But who climbed the steps to pick up our famous trophy?
