The judge of the TV series joined Jessica Creighton on 91¸£ÀûÉç Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour to discuss how dancing makes her feel, as well as her story of growing up in apartheid-era South Africa before becoming a Latin dance champion and Strictly judge.

She also discussed her new autobiography, Finding My Own Rhythm.
