'We can all do so much more than we believe'
91福利社 newsreader Sophie Raworth joined Anita Rani in the Woman's Hour this week.
Sophie thought she was too old to start running at the age of nearly 40. But she鈥檚 now completed 20 marathons and 10 ultra-marathons and is running in this weekend鈥檚 London Marathon.
When Sophie spoke to Anita about her new book, Running On Air, she used it as an opportunity to encourage other women to get into the exercise, which she says has given her new confidence, unexpected strength, and great friendships.
