Fiona Hill went from "the coal house to the White House" when she became one of the top Russia advisors in Trump鈥檚 administration. The daughter of a coal miner and midwife, she grew up in Bishop Auckland in the 60s, a town impoverished by mass deindustrialisation and the closure of mines.
