A Belfast caf茅 circle in the 1930s is recalled by some of its members. Compiled and introduced by Sam Hanna Bell and Jack Loudan. The window referred to in the programme title overlooked the dome of Belfast's ornate city hall and round the table actors, artists, novelists, poets, dramatists, essayists, journalists and historians argued in the best Johnsonian manner.
