Patron Amar Latif makes the Radio 4 Appeal on behalf of the Rafiki Thabo Foundation. The charity supports around four hundred and fifty scholars each year from Kenya, Uganda and Lesotho, paying for education for young people who wouldn鈥檛 otherwise be able to afford it.
The Radio 4 Appeal features a new charity every week.
Each appeal then runs on Radio 4 from Sunday 0755 for 7 days.
