Syndication and Fair Trading
In January 2011, 91¸£ÀûÉç Learning announced its intention to make content available for syndication. Syndication is the term used by 91¸£ÀûÉç Learning to indicate usage beyond personal use.
A selection of audio-visual clips is now available from 91¸£ÀûÉç Learning Zone Broadband Class Clips for syndication via embedding. Embedding allows 91¸£ÀûÉç Learning's Class Clips to appear in external websites. Unlike a hyperlink which takes you from one webpage to another, embedding pulls content from a webpage or server and displays it on your page. Class Clips available for embedding will have an embed button displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the clip.
Use of 91¸£ÀûÉç Learning's syndicated content via embedding must comply with the 91¸£ÀûÉç's . The business terms will apply for any useage beyond personal use. For further information contact learning.industryfeedback@bbc.co.uk.
