Closure of myPay
, the legacy Zellis portal used to access historic payslips and pay documents, will be permanently closed on 30 June 2026.
Before 30 June 2026
If you need any historic payslips or P60s dated up to and including June 2024, please download and save them before the myPay portal closes.
Payslips and P60s issued after June 2024 are already available in the new EY payroll portal.

If you do not have your myPay password, please use the 鈥楩orgotten Password鈥�link on the .
This will send a temporary password to your registered email address.
If your email address is not up to date, please raise a ticket with eyct@service-now.com to request:
- a password reset, and
- the disabling of Multi-Factor Authentication.
