Level 2 (Foundation Apprenticeships)
- Equivalent education level: GCSE.
- Ideal for: Those with no previous experience.
- Duration: Up to 12 months.
Level 3 (Advanced Apprenticeships) & Level 4 (Higher Apprenticeships)
- L3 equivalent education level: A level / Scottish Higher.
- L4 equivalent education level: Foundation degree or SQF7.
- Ideal for: Those finishing school or college, non-graduates or career changers new to the creative industry.
- Duration: Up to 25 months.
Level 5 (Higher Apprenticeships)
- Equivalent education level: Foundation degree or SQF7.
- Ideal for: Those progressing in a specific subject area.
- Duration: Up to 24 months.
Level 6 (Degree and Degree Level Apprenticeships)
- Equivalent education level: Bachelor’s degree.
- Ideal for: Those looking for an alternative to university while gaining a degree through work or looking to advance skills in a specific area (note: not all Level 6 apprenticeships include a degree qualification).
- Duration: Up to 36 months.

Eligibility

Eligibility requirements vary by apprenticeship, so please review the job advert for any scheme-specific criteria before applying.

You must also:

Be 18 or over
Have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years before the apprenticeship starts
Have the right to work full-time in the UK throughout the apprenticeship
Not be undertaking another apprenticeship programme
Not already possess a qualification in the same subject area at the same or a higher level
