Living a student lifestyle will inevitably mean independence, meeting new people, fending for yourself and living your own life. Temptation will present itself in several guises - know the risks and take care of yourself. After all you need to be conscious and (relatively!) healthy to enjoy the experience of further education!
Sex
Possibly living away from home, mixing with lots of people your own age, a liberal attitude, plenty of socialising : a perfect recipe for sexual encounter. Be safe, be sure and be sensible. General health
Why not make college or university the perfect opportunity to take up a new sport, lose weight, tone up and start again? Sport can be the perfect antidote to stress, can be great for your CV and again is a fantastic way to meet people. As for healthy eating, living away from home could be the perfect time to perfect the art of something more than beans on toast. It鈥檚 easy to rely on convenience foods, but most canteens will offer healthy options, and making your own food works out cheaper than buying it at the end of the day!
Drugs and alcohol
