Co-founder Anthony 'Murph' Murphy tells Emma Davies how reaching the finals of an international competition gave them the impetus to press on, as well as worldwide recognition, that's led them to become trailblazers in the UK burger community. Sous chef Teagan Cooper has been with the chain for nine years and says the kitchen is like her second home.
