The Hagley-based firm, The Butcheress, was known for its bright pink delivery vans across the county. Rachel Edmonds started her business in 2017, but says she'd had to put it in to liquidation, through rising costs, reduced customer spending and competition from supermarkets. Kate Justice reports.
