Jane Camfield from Letchworth has been unable to flush her loo for two months. She has been working with housing association, Sanctuary, to try to get it repaired. After the 91¸£ÀûÉç took up the story, Sanctuary said it had replaced her toilet. Report by Nicola Haseler.
