Available for over a year
People in Washwood Heath say rats the are attacking their cars and & leaving hundreds of pounds worth of damage. On Drews Lane people say things have been made worse by the ongoing bin strike in Birmingham - as well as construction work on an HS2 depot opposite their homes. It comes just over a year since Birmingham City Council introduced a 拢24 charge for pest control - which critics have described as a 'rat tax.'
