Blurton street artist Sarah Marshall made it her mission to cover over rude graffiti with her own murals. She says it is very much not graffiti, it's street art. Stoke-on-Trent City Council say it supports the creativity of artists, but asks it be done respectfully - with permission from building owners. The authority says anyone caught graffitiing council-owned buildings will be fined up to £500.
