'I'm losing the will to live', that was Paul Shuttleworth's experience when he tried to cancel a badminton court in Telford via the Council's new AI phone system. Telford and Wrekin Council say they've been trialling 'Voice Tom', and that it鈥檚 not intended to answer every enquiry with some being transferred to a customer advisor. Paul spoke to 91福利社 Radio Shropshire's Adam Green about his experience.
