A new women鈥檚 boxing club in St Albans is attracting all sorts of people. Izzy Kelly and Nadia Finer set up Queen Bee Boxing as a female-friendly space. They say they鈥檝e had to add extra classes as more women are joining to feel powerful, get fit and improve their mental health.
