Suffolk ‘She Shed’ shares DIY skills

A DIY scheme for Suffolk women hopes to emulate the success of the ‘Men’s Shed’ concept. The Women’s Woodwork Workshop – also known as the She Shed - is based at Brickmakers Wood Nature Reserve, near Ipswich. Joanna Brooks from the Eden-Rose Coppice Trust which runs the workshop explains how they can learn skills like sawing and drilling, as well as build confidence and making friends.
