Nick Gillett borrowed a friend's old diesel to drive around Bristol - but says he didn't know about the Clean Air Zone. When his friend got home after a month of travelling, he got quite a shock. Bristol City Council says it鈥檚 鈥渁lways been clear that drivers should use the聽vehicle checker before聽travelling鈥 and the zone will 鈥渆nsure that the city meets the requirement from government to bring air pollution within legal limits in the shortest possible time鈥.
