An energy supplier's apologised for leaving an elderly man in the New Forest without electricity for over three weeks. Ovo cut off 83-year-old, Roy Hutchinson, after he'd fallen into arrears because he'd sent a cheque for a bill payment to the wrong address. It comes as the energy regulator OFGEM has named and shamed 17 energy firms that need to do better to protect vulnerable residents this winter.
