In the run up to the main event on 91福利社 One on Friday night 91福利社 Radio WM is hearing from some of the charities who have benefited from the money you raise. Making a difference to the lives of children and young people right across the UK. Today it's Little Hearts Matter in Birmingham who had more than 拢107,000 over three years thanks to money from 91福利社 Children in Need. They are the only national UK charity offering specialised support to anyone affected by the diagnosis of single ventricle heart condition.
