Earlier this year we told you about a new bursary - set up to support new and emerging musical artists in memory of former 91福利社 Radio WM presenter Janice Long. It was created by the Moseley Folk and Arts Festival - which she supported of for many years. Whoever wins it - gets to headline that festival next year. And guess what... the first winner is from Walsall!
