The 91¸£ÀûÉç Radio WM Make A Difference Awards 2022 were held at Birmingham Hippodrome – where we celebrated a host of people who’ve made a difference in their communities across the West Midlands. There were 8 categories, including the Carer Award won by Kiran Sahota from Birmingham. She has looked after family members since the age of 9 – starting with her grandfather who has since passed away, and now her Dad, and Kiran also campaigns for better rights for young carers.
