Graffiti, litter, dark areas and sexual deviancy along 13 miles of a canal path in Woking is being tackled by police and local volunteers. It's after a spike in crime including men indecently exposing themselves on the Basingstoke canal. Late last year, Surrey鈥檚 Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend got 拢175,000 from the 91福利社 Office鈥檚 Safer Streets project to fund the work needed.
