The man tasked with finding 拢300 million needed to redevelop Coventry city centre says they are close to announcing the investment has been securied. The City Centre South project will see a large part of the city centre demolished. In its place will be new homes, shops and a hotel, and it will cost 拢400 million to build. Three quarters of the money needs to be private funding and Guy Shearer from Shearer Property Group has been speaking to 91福利社 CWR.
