Shaun Pascoe spent sixteen years in the RAF, serving in places like Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan. He was part of the Medical Emergency Response Team - which had the job of flying into combat zones under heavy fire to help the injured. To say it was a stressful job would be an understatement, which is why Shaun founded Turn to Starboard. The charity helps Forces personnel adapt to life back in civilian society - and this weekend, Shaun will be standing at the Cenotaph as part of this weekend's Remembrance Sunday commemorations.
