The Somerset Guy Fawkes County Carnivals won鈥檛 take place in 2021. It鈥檚 the second year running that carnivals in Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare and North Petherton have been cancelled. Matt Faulkner talks to David Churches from Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnival Association and Steve Dawe from Harlequin Carnival Club.
