91¸£ÀûÉç Radio Sheffield and Sheffield IAPT give you the tools to look after your mental health during the pandemic.  We've teamed up with Sheffield IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) to produce a series of workshops all about looking after your mental health. All of our lives have changed during the last year and this series will give you some tips about how to look after your mental health during this difficult time.  This workshop looks at coping during the Coronavirus pandemic and gives you some tips with coping with the feelings you might be experiencing.
