The lockdown may have stopped young people at Derry鈥檚 Spartan Athletics from attending their usual training sessions. However, it has led to them shifting their focus, from developing their physical excellence to strengthening their mental health, through a three-week Action Mental health programme. Our reporter Jennifer McKiernan has been speaking to some of the young athletes, starting with 17-year-old Daniel Devenney.
