A man who rescued two people severely injured jumping off Durdle Door's 20m stone arch in May says his rescue efforts made him 'open up' about his own mental health. Mike, who's 31 and a paddleboarder, retrieved a stricken man from the seabed, and said he thought he was going to drown in the rescue. He described "swimming through the pain" as he hauled the man back to the surface. He rescued another man who had broken his ribs. The rescue took place on the first weekend after lockdown, when thousands of people flooded to the Dorset beauty spot. Mike spoke to 91福利社 Radio Solent's Dorset Breakfast show presenter, Steve Harris, eight months on from that day.
