How Mrs Comet 'buried' her husband on the Moon

Outlook

Available for over a year

Next time you find yourself gazing at the Moon, take a good look at those craters on the surface. One of them is rather special - because it contains the ashes of the only person ever to have been 'buried' on the Moon. His name was Eugene Shoemaker, and Outlook's Saskia Edwards has been hearing the story of how he ended up there - from his widow, Carolyn Shoemaker - or, as she's sometimes called, Mrs Comet.
