The Biathlon World Championships have taken place in the central Swedish city of Östersund, where the world’s very best biathletes competed to take gold.  The contest combines the fast paced discipline of cross country skiing, with the intense concentration of rifle shooting. Sportshour’s Simon Parker, went to to try his hand at the niche Nordic sport.
