The broadcaster Rachael Bland was a well known voice on 91福利社 Radio 5Live. After she was diagnosed with breast cancer Rachael reached a new audience as the co-presenter of the podcast, You, Me and the Big C. Last year Rachael was told that her cancer was terminal. Before her death in September, Rachael told Kate and Jason that she was working on a book to ensure that her young son Freddie would have something to remember her by. The book is now out and Rachael's husband Steve joined Kate and Jason to discuss her legacy and the messages in the book that we can all learn something from.
