The Central American and Caribbean Games begin in Colombia on 19th July, with almost 6,000 athletes competing in 40 different sports. One of the favourites for the Rugby 7's gold is the team from Guatemala. Already the best side in Central America, they're hoping to represent their country at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
