Can Moroccan cricket ever be revived?

Stumped

Available for over a year

Morocco may seem an unlikely cricketing destination, but there was a time when the sport was thriving in the north African country. Arab businessman Abdul Rahman Bukhatir - the man who took international cricket to Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates - spent $4 million building a ground in Tangier and in 2002 staged the Morocco Cup featuring South Africa, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. But, when Bukhatir turned his attentions elsewhere, Moroccan cricket went into near terminal decline. That decline has continued to the present day, but there are hopes of a revival.
