Boxing is a tough sport and not one you would normally associate with pensioners. But elderly ladies in the South African township of Cosmo City are learning how to protect themselves and get fit. Coached by former bodybuilder Claude Maphosa, the grannies - aged 60 and over - have literally been punching above their weight for the last four years.
