Wokingham based Mixologist Andy Rogers isn't surprised that people are drinking more spirits than beers these days, especially with the new found popularity of Gin. "Gin is a Vodka, it's basically a flavoured Vodka, all they do is they add Juniper berries. "I think that people have realised that you can go into a bar and they give you a big glass, they give you a double shot, and then they put a really good tonic on top. "For the traditional pub they have been closing down left right and centre, but what's opening in its place now is what we'd call the gastro pub."
