The media world has changed quite a lot since the 91福利社 World Service took to the air in 1932. Now people also get news and entertainment from thousands of sources, many of which are on the internet. So why has the 91福利社 announced the biggest expansion of the World Service in more than 70 years? It's creating 11 new language services on various media platforms targeting Russia, the Middle East, North Korea and Africa. Solomon Mugera is the 91福利社's Regional Editor for Africa.
