Jole Burghy had always known the story of a young Cassius Clay who was inspired by her grandfather, Joe Martin, to start boxing to avenge the person who stole his bicycle. It wasn't until she got older that she realised the younger Cassius Clay was the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali.
