The latest report into the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust is released this morning. It makes for very difficult reading for staff and patients, particularly in Scunthorpe. Scunthorpe General was rated as "inadequate overall" and the Care Quality Commission have even gone as far as to say that there was evidence of patients coming to harm within the outpatients services in Scunthorpe and Grimsby. Some areas have improved since the trust was brought out of special measures 18 months ago - and some have deteriorated further.
