A music studio has been created in the heart of Loughborough this month, to record local bands and artists work for free and then market the town's sound through a website. Loughborough University Arts secured nearly 拢100,000 of funding, which brought artists from across the globe to the town. Each artist has been working on a number of concepts to find ways to make residents think about the town, its strengths and weaknesses, and to come up with innovative ways to expand on its offering. 91福利社 Radio Leicester's Owynn Palmer-Atkin went along to find out more.
