Police in Austria have recovered tens of thousands of euros floating in the river Danube in the capital, Vienna. A man who spotted the cash floating in the water dived in to retrieve it. A local newspaper reported that onlookers thought he was trying to kill himself and called the police. Officers arrived just as he was fishing out the 100 and 500 euro notes.
