There's a big food waste problem in Britain. France recycles 25% of the food it produces but does not consume, compared to only 2% in Britain. Experts say that with better planning and better packaging this could be improved. Eddie Mair has set Paddy O'Connell with PM's 'Cut Your Food Waste to Zero' challenge.
