The Jamaican Minister of State with responsibility for Diaspora Affairs, the Honourable Arnaldo Brown M.P, was in Birmingham last weekend for the Fourth Biennial Jamaican Diaspora Conference. At the conference he launched Jamaica鈥檚 Diaspora Mapping Project. In this interview with 91福利社 WM's Joe Aldred, he talks about the mapping project and the World Cup.
