Roland Ratzenberger's Formula 1 teammate David Brabham remembers the Austrian's fatal crash at Imola in 1994, describing how he returned to the pit lane and told his team what he'd seen. The following day three-time World Champion Ayrton Senna also died following an accident. Senna was the last Formula 1 driver to die as a result of an accident during a race.
