Imagine moving a church from Cambridge to St Ives.....not just the people, but the actual bricks and mortar. Well, that's exactly what happened to the Sacred Heart church on Needingworth Road in 1902....and it's one of several buildings open to the public in St Ives for the Heritage Open Days event next weekend. Suze Roberts went along to meet Ellen Kemp from the church and Barbara Richmond from the St Ives Civic Society, for a sneak preview....
