Twinning Gloucester with St Ann and why St Catherine missed out

Gloucester has long been twinned with St Ann in Jamaica, but the city could just as well have been twinned with St Catherine. Migrants from both parishes settled in Gloucester, in fact more from St Catherine. In this clip Carole Francis-McGann, chair of the St Ann Society of Gloucester, gives a potted history to 91福利社 Gloucestershire's Paul Moss.
