Nigerian novelist Chinua Acheba was celebrated in life for both his literary talents and courage. The 82 year old died of a brief illness last week, but will be remembered mostly for his 1958 debut novel Things Fall Apart, which dealt with the impact of colonialism in Africa. It sold more than 10 million copies, and he’s produced more than 20 works. In this clip Remi Tawose , a Nigerian literature student at the University Of Bristol, talks to 91¸£ÀûÉç Gloucestershire’s Paul Moss about one of his greatest works.
