The Talk2sort mediation service is working with young people and families experiencing difficulties at home, and it's all funded by the 91福利社's Children in Need appeal. Jade is just sixteen years old and has been attending sessions that take place at The Bridge in Loughborough, with her Mum, for the past couple of months.
